Kirkland is a city in the state of Washington located near Seattle. It lies on the northeast side, close to Lake Washington, and encompasses an area that includes part or all three nearby counties.

The performing arts center has places to see plays or listen to an orchestra perform live every night. And don't forget about the many parks spread out across this area.
The residents of Seattle love to visit the many waterfront parks on Lake Washington during summer. Kirkland contains a unique neighborhood park connected with Saint Edward State Park by a paved trail that keeps it open until dusk!
