Previously a broker for some of the top Brokerages in Washington, Jae found a disconnect in the amount of service that was allowed to be provided to his clients. Generally fearing liability issues these big brokerages would require their brokers to "pass off" their clients to other service providers or brokerages which became confusing or problematic for his clients.
JERE became its own brokerage back in 2018 simply to be able to provide more service to it's clients.
JERE continues to grow and attract associate brokers who appreciate the standards and services JERE is able to provide.
